Due to the personalized nature of our products, all sales are final. We are unable to accept returns or exchanges once an item has been purchased. Please review all provided proofs carefully before approval, as this helps ensure accuracy and prevents printing errors.
We are no longer able to embroider on customer-provided items. Embroidery services are now exclusively available for products purchased directly from First Place Trophies and Tee.
Additionally, all orders must be paid in full prior to pickup. Thank you for your understanding and continued support!
